How do I register to bid?
Registration is free through HiBid. Create an account at washingtonsurplusinc.hibid.com, complete your bidder profile, and you can start bidding. Some auctions may require a credit card or deposit before bidding access is granted.
Where is Washington Surplus located?
Our warehouse is at 3237 Kingsgate Way, Richland, WA 99354. We are open Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
How do I pay for and pick up items I win?
Winning bidders receive an invoice by email after the auction closes. We accept credit and debit cards through HiBid, cash in person, and cashier's checks or money orders. Items are picked up at our Richland warehouse during the posted removal window.
